Balmain Junior Rugby has signed up to the #PlayForLives initiative and we are calling for our members to volunteer for selected Charities in our local community during Covid-19.

Spearheaded by former Socceroo Craig Foster, #PlayForLives is a rapidly growing campaign to get sporting volunteers off the bench and into the thousands of essential volunteer positions left vacant in the wake of the corona virus.

Balmain have signed up to support three local charities: Meals on Wheels, Cancer Council NSW & Addison Road Community Centre Food Pantry

It is easy to volunteer (see instructions below how to sign up) and you can book in times and days of the week that is convenient to you.

Sign up instructions to be a volunteer

2. Click Sign Up
3. Enter the 6 digit code sent to your email
4. Select any Causes you are interested or none for now.
5. Finish the introduction
6. Click on Find a group on the left-hand menu and search Balmain Rugby Club Volunteers
7. Click Join Our Group
